I have worked with animals since I was 13 in which I started my career as a volunteer at the local rescue centre, I then decided that Veterinary Nursing was the path I wanted to follow. When I was 16 I enlisted to study and work as a Veterinary Nurse in some of the busiest animal hospitals in England. In 2007 I came to New Zealand as a Head Veterinary Nurse. During my career in both England and New Zealand I developed a passion for pet training – educating people and their pets with simple positive techniques to be socially acceptable in today’s busy world. I thoroughly enjoy pet training and helping people develop their pet to be an important part of the family. In September 2010 I launched The Happy Paws Dog Day Care Centre which is very unique and I specifically wanted a centre that can offer not only a personal service for you but also your dog. I look forward to meeting you and helping you make the right decisions for your animal’s wellbeing.
